Really reliable professional and affordable service. I always come here for IT support and they have helped every single time, whether it’s fixing an issue or helpful advice. I even went to them to get a stripped screw out of a console and they did it free of charge. Definitely recommend this place.

After weeks, and many hours, trying to find an answer to problems with popups on Chrome, I decided to telephone Colchester IT today. They were so helpul and within five to 10 minutes it was speedily resolved. I cannot thank them enough and I just wish I had telephoned them weeks ago.

Unfortunately wasn’t able to fix my issue however they were able to narrow it down to two components. They didn’t charge me and responded quickly with great customer service. Would definitely recommend them first due to the free diagnosis policy

Really helpful and friendly staff. Dropped off my gaming PC lunchtime, they worked out the issue and called me back by 9am the next day! Really professional and knowledgeable, would use their services and recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat.

6 stars are not an option but superhero Jack deserves it for rescuing a defunct external hard drive and in double quick time. Very professional outfit, Jack is knowledgable and strongly advised better care for data and backing up lest I regret it! Definitely come back in the future if I have anymore IT dramas. Six thumbs up.
