I phoned this plumber to book a service for the boiler April 2020 I was told due to Covid they would get back to me with a date,I heard nothing from them. I tried again this year the woman told me they had a big job on but they could fit me in and let me know the date,to date no reply,maybe with the big job they ignore the smaller customers,will not bother them again.

Water tank put in upside down, water pump failed after 2 years, 'new' boiler didn't work and Worcester Bosh engineer called out to fix. Hot water return T'ed off incorrectly so radiators get hot when hot water is on and heating is off. Very poor AVOID!
