Amazing. Friendly atmosphere and you can do it at your own speed. It's perfect for me as I'm 26 and have never seen inside of a gym. I enjoy the boot camp and clubbercise. Best thing i have ever get involved with, highly recommend

Not only a good health choice but great fun too.Well organised classes that provide an excellent workout in a fun and friendly environment.A great cross section of workouts with Boxercise, HIT, bootcamps and the gym for personal training, GREAT fun and no excuse to miss a workout, even for the over 55's!!Love the social aspect too, a fun and friendly group of people of all ages with Tom being so motivational, it really makes it an enjoyable journey to good health and fitness... x

Toms great, I really enjoy his boot camps on a Saturday and Sunday morning at Norman Park in Bromley. I see him 121 also during the week and I am achieving my goals. I would highly recommend him!

Absolutely the best classes around. Each one is a full body workout and will leave you knowing you couldn't have worked any harder. All ages and abilities are welcomed. Everybody supports eachother to work to your maximum.I am seeing results and know my fitness has increased so much since I have been going.Boxercise, HiiT and Bootcamp. All classes are brilliant!Thank you Tom for helping me enjoy exercise :-)Vix

Having realised, in my late 40's, that I desperately needed to improve my fitness and consider my long term health I contacted Tom at Prepare2lose. Tom's passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle was immediately apparent and I knew I had made the right choice. I never thought I'd hear myself say that I 'enjoy' demanding exercise classes but that is exactly the case. Boxercise, particularly, is such great fun whilst still being very hard work ! Tom's personal training sessions are bespoke and challenging. Two years on, I know that my lifestyle and fitness are hugely improved. Tom is great to work with, and a really nice guy to boot. Highly recommend on all levels. Thanks Tom !

Glad I found this place. If you struggle going to the gym this is the place to go. I always feel motivated to attend the classes as you are not only getting fitter but also having fun. Thomas is very encouraging and he finds exercises that are good and fun. There is an incredible team spirit and people are welcoming and fun. Only think that gets me up early on a weekend!

I've been working with Tom for a couple of months now having personal training sessions. Tom is encouraging, motivating, understands the 'real' world and doesn't judge you ! He makes training fun, even if I moan at him for working me hard !I'm looking forward to challenging Gemma and trying the new classes and see if she can help with my lack of coordination !!!Training should be fun, it is that and importantly I'm seeing the difference and Tom is very encouraging. I have been with Prepare2lose for just over a year and the change in me has been an amazing! I have done 121 classes, boxing , tabbata and bootcamp.Personal training has always been a dress for me but With the tailored sessions and the support that Tom gives you - you can achieve anything and have a good time doing it! Tom has not only offered support in session but also cares about your wellbeing and I often get a text to check in and ensure I’m booking in and pushing myself!Classes are great fun - they are well organised and push you in a full body workout. The group that attend are like a family and are so welcoming to any new member.I would recommend all classes and pt sessions to anyone - whether you are new to fitness or a fitness god it caters for all.

Tom's sessions are a really great way to get fit. They challenge you to try to get faster, fitter, and stronger all the time. They are always changing and never boring!
