Northington Stables

Very nice food . Disappointing not to have saucers provided with our hot drinks to put your spoons on to for stirring, etc: only cups

I called into the stables to buy some Moonroast Coffee.Everyone was very friendly and helpful,there is a nice little cafe and outdoor seating area which unfortunately was closed due to covid restrictions.The stables looked nice and new and was very clean.The owner told me that they had hit hard times due to the lockdown,which was a real shame,anyway as soon as lockdown lifted they have a full calendar of events leading up to Christmas,support them if you can.

One of the best set up stables I have seen

Due to the demise of my daughters riding school, we trialled various centres in the area. Though adequate, they could not compare to the standards set by Northington. After her first assessment, there was only one school she was going to!Northington offers excellent facilities, welcoming and skilled staff, wonderful horses, and a team (led by owner Fran), who deliver instruction that is second to none. They have taken my daughters riding competence to another level with their wealth of knowledge and technical expertise.Northington is a professionally run school that is clearly focused on horse welfare and rider safety, principles that are paramount within their ethos. I could not rate them higher or recommend them more.

Very nice place to learn how to ride

We went for the cafe. Nice set up. Clean, and tidy. Good Victoria sponge cake and a pretty mean Americano.

My grandchildren and I have been riding at Northington for a few months now. I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful staff - so friendly and professional. It’s great to see my two grandchildren gaining in confidence and having such a happy time there. If you are looking for somewhere with excellent instructors and a safe and secure environment, then this is the place to go.
