I look forward to my Pilates classes with Arlette every week. Arlette is a brilliant and knowledgeable Pilates teacher, who gives our bodies, a much needed workout from head to toe. She strikes the right balance between professionalism and fun. I would highly recommend her, regardless of ability.

Arlette is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She invests in all her class attendees and creates a wonderful friendly atmosphere. Usually I organise my fitness around work- in this case, I’ve rearranged my weekly work schedule around Pilates with Arlette.
