Ordered 8.22pm and recieved the order at 10.43pm. Most food was cold, the other bits were lukewarm. Rang twice to get an update, first time they said between 20-30 mins, the second time they said its 5 minutes away. Me and my partner were ready to go to bed and they wouldn't let us cancel the order. We've used Meal Factory a few times now, we've had problems before with uncooked chicken which made my partner very sick, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt as previous orders were decent. However we will not be using these ever again. Disgusting.

Totally abysmal, only 1 star as that is the lowest I can give. Over an hour and half wait for food and then it was barely edible..calzone had raw dough!!! Pizza and fries were all soggy as it seems like the delivery guy had picked up 30 mins earlier and the steam just made it all wet..NEVER AGAIN, PRICES ARE CHARGED AT PREMIUM BUT SERVICE IS THE LOWEST IVE EXPERIENCED.. STAY AWAY...Had to call multiple times.for an update on delivery and told lies each time..

Was informed food would be delivered in 60 mins, which was a long wait anyway, but chose to order. It only took a whole 2 hours to be delivered, after 2 phone calls, being told they were short on delivery staff and food will be delivered in 15 mins and then 5 mins!! Pizza base was so thick and dense it was almost undercooked, and the 'man box' was so dry. The only good thing about it was that it was piping hot!Really disappointed with the overall experience!

Delivery took over 3 hours. Cold food. Called multiple times and promised it would be there within 10 minutes. Absolute waste of time

If there was a 0 star I would have given it. Ordered food 2 hours ago. Rang for an update and told it was 20 minutes, rang again 30 minutes later to be told it’s on its way. 20 minutes later had a call to say it would be another 30 minutes. Absolute joke of a service

Tried to order online total came to £11 but the order wouldnt go through, i then called to place the same order and Paid £18 for a pizza and chips, the chips were covered in some disgusting red powder which was supposed to be red salt and the pizza was the worst I've ever had. Thick chewy base with tangy cheap cheese on top. Very annoyed!!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever, failed to deliver half the order when contacted they said it was tough luck. No refund no apology just a load of mouth. Won't be using again

Dreadful meal. Tiny bits of meat overcooked and hard to chew in bread that wasn't cooked at all. So spicy that i couldn't taste anything. The wosrt delivery we have had in years.

Wet and soggy pizza. Cold and tasted absolutely disgusting. Won't be ordering again. Worst 20 quid I've ever spent.
