Ben came recommended by Laing Plumbing and it was rightly deserved.His communications with me were excellent. He was respectful of my availability. There was no pressure.He did a sewage pipe survey and recommended a pipe liner. Roots were be beginning to grow in to the so the issue was caught at the right time.On the day of the fitting there was no rush on me to provide services IE access to 240v mains outlet. Ben and his colleague worked with no fuss and had cleared up the manhole prior to leaving the site.I strongly recommend Ben for your exterior pipe work.

Used these guys a good few times now, from sewage blockages/pipe repair, backed up pumping, strom drain cleaning and emergency plumbing leak on a weekend All top notch and can be assured the jobs done. Friendly guys and very helpful.

Competent, well-equipped and good guys.Ben came to clear what had evidently been a drain blockage that had been a long time in developing. Cleared it and suggested remedial action to stop it recurring. We have just had the lining work done and it's working well. Throughout, felt like we were in good hands

An excellent service all round from PipeServ. Came at short notice to empty our septic tank which was blocked and overflowing and to investigate connecting our house up to a communal septic tank. Ben was brilliant - diagnosed the problem, mapped out the underground drains and had us connected up to the communal tank within hours…..brilliant. Thank you so much for a first class service. Would 100% recommend PipeServ!

Ben was excellent - came out to sort a block for us that took some significant work to shift. He had all the kit, worked quick and hard to sort us out with minimal mess. I’d recommend him any day to anyone - quality for a fair price.

Had Ben out this morning. Very punctual and exceptionally helpful. Diagnosed the problem after a few checks. Very reasonable call-out charge as well, especially for the peace of mind he has given me. Will definitely use Pipeserv again and would be more than happy to promote his business to others in a similar position.

I have a domestic Biodisc sewage treatment plant that has a struggling soak away, causing the biodisc plant to fill up. I have had other contractors come, empty the tank and did not offer any advice or service. Ben, came at short notice, had to empty the tank again, but spent a great deal of time with a clever water jet thingy that managed to get almost 30 meters down into the pipework to the soak away, jetting water in to clear it out. Its early days, but as he managed to easily get a high volume of water into the soak away pipework, he is quietly confident that it should start working again. If not he will advice on a way forward for design and installation of a new soak away. Altogether, a pleasant and friendly person, offering genuine advice. I'll update further if the job was successful. I would have complete confidence recommending Ben for your Septic tank emptying and drain maintenance needs.
