9 VHS tapes, some as old as early 80's, copied onto USB. All handled in a very friendly and professional manner, with Rowan doing a good job of enhancing quality as far as possible.

Professional but personal service from Rowan at Norfolk Film & Video (early 2014) - felt very comfortable leaving our precious (and aging !) family films with him, and he kept us informed of progress (and cost) throughout. The result was an incredibly good DVD conversion of over 8 hours of old cine film. The tapes were nicely organized by year (even my mum is having trouble working out the exact order!) - overall, a wonderful job.

We spent a lot of time on finding a videographer near Norfolk online and we are very impressed by the amazing wedding video that Apricot weddings created for the lovely couples, from the music to image quality. I called Rowan directly and he was very friendly and supportive. On our big day, Rowan arrived on time and worked very hard. We really enjoyed working with him. As promised, Rowan posted our wedding DVD within 4-8 weeks which turned out to be fantastic and surprising as Rowan captured so many precious moments for us ;-)He even helped us modify the DVD and reposted to us for free. I recently used Norfolk Film and Video Transfers to have 6 Scout Gangshows converted from VHS to DVD. I cannot recommend Rowan enough. The videos were shocking quality when they were new in 1995 and the effort and time put in by Rowan has brought the resulting DVDs up to a quality which we only dreamt would be possible.The results have preserved priceless family memories for generations to come and left us with a fully searchable DVDs which are being enjoyed again for the first . I called Rowan at Norfolk Film and Transfers hoping for some advice on transferring a bagful of old cine films to DVD I was making a video tribute for a family member who had just passed away and time was of the essence as we wanted it ready for her funeral. He was extremely helpful and once I had taken the films to him they were back within a week. The quality of the DVD conversion was top notch and very professional. We are now finding out some more films and VHS tapes to take out and have done. We had a 1948 cine film that was produced to commemorate the centenary of the death of this Victorian writer. Norfolk Film transferred the cine film to a digital format that we can now share with everyone. We are delighted with the result and with the service. I found some old camcorder tapes in my cupboard from nearly 20 years ago and, after looking online at other options, decided to go local and go with NF&VT due to their good reviews and the reasonable by-the-hour charge, rather than per tape. It was very easy to communicate with Rowan, as well as drop off and pick the tapes up, with a quick turnaround. Very pleased that I went with NF&VT and I will be recommending them to friends. I want something different for Christmas for my ex-wife and my daughter came up with the idea of transferring one of our old holiday Videos on to a DVD from 1997.Whilst I haven't watch it yet I gather from both of my daughters that they very impressed with the quality and had 2 hours of fun and laughter at themselves.As far as this company is concerned I was extremely impress with the speed, the friendliness of the service I was given and I would definitely use them again in the future. Rowan transferred several rolls of Cine film onto DVDs and Memory sticks for us recently, what a fantastic job he did. I had reservations about having background music added, but forgot to mention that when I dropped them off, but when they came back it was so lovely, the images looked amazing, and the music fitted perfectly with each set of film, and it was wonderful to see moving images of many family members that I never got to meet.
