The engineer, Jan was prompt, did excellent work and was very careful of my home and equipment. He left everything running smoothly, and heat back in my home. And all was cleaned, as MFD HEating & Boiler Repairs have done in past.

I was really impressed by the plumber who came round. He managed to sort out my radiators in no time at all. Overall a delight.

My neighborhood plumber was not available at short notice, so we called MFD Heating & Boiler Repairs. John was onsite the next morning to make the valve repair. He pointed out a rusted pressure valve on our main water supply line, and replaced that as well. He was efficient, courteous, and very professional.

These people are running a scam. The work which has been done is good. However the material was £90 on screwfix website and they charged me £145. Which is a complete rip off. You don't do that. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and basically said that that's the way it is and there is nothing I can do about it. I will do something about it)) She kept saying that everybody put mark up on the materials and brought Tesco and Screfix as an example. But she doesn't seem to have a grasp of the type of business she is doing. She is not in retail, she is in services. You charge for your services and not the materials. You can't fool me. Also, she said that I can't talk to anybody higher up and just terminated the call. I will get my money back and will update here about the progress. It is a matter of principle. £55 they scammed me is nothing. I can just imagine how many other unsuspecting people they fool that way. Will file complaints to the right places and will see what happens)) It is no joke fellas.

The plumber who came to the house was a very nice young man and we had a lovely conversation while he went to work. He even insisted on making the tea which was very nice of him as he did not have to.

Can't thank them enough for the stellar job they did sorting out my boiler. Thought I’d have to go a week at least with no hot water, but thanks to them t was only 2 days.
