Natures Finest Juices (NFJs)

Found these at Hackney vegan festival. Tasted great so ordered a box. This is where things went drastically downhill. Order took 8 days to come despite paying over £8 for delivery, no confirmation of order/arrival. When the box arrived it had 5 bottles instead of 6. Smashed glass shards in the box. I mentioned this to the company asking for a refund. Ignored my email, so contacted on instagram, they said they would process a refund - 6 days later still have not done so. I continually have to follow up with them despite knowing they have read my messages (instagram shows when messages have been seen). Have had to raise a dispute through paypal and my bank (because NFJ are not following through and issuing a refund). At this stage with all the back and forth, I feel disappointed and let down as I supported them as a young business after tasting their drinks. A real shame.

Fantastic product, it's a shame that the delivery infrastructure doesn't fit.Smashed bottles, overpriced delivery costs, lack of responses. Will not be ordering from here again.

We saw NFJ team at the Bedford Kite Festival at the Green Earth stall. The humble couple took us through a journey of tasting of which all had distinct flavours. We has fresh cane juice at the stall which was refreshing and Brough back memories if Punjab. Now sitting with my husband and having another refreshing juice (would never have though of juicing Okra) and its lovely. Pray for the teams success and will be ordering more soon.

The drinks are presented in a glass bottle and have a lovely full flavour with no artificial colouring, preservatives or flavours. I had the sorrel and ginger and the okra and ginger and really enjoyed them both. The okra had a suprisingly pleasant smooth silky texture.

I bought a selection of juices yesterday in Manchesters Windrush event organised by CAHN. The ginger and okra was brilliant, refreshing and tasty. A great product .All my family loved it.

Bought at Bristol Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, the ginger drink is just amazing :)
