I had a great experience in SJP bridal when I was there recently. Shannon was so professional, patient and made me feel so at ease throughout. She has the most stunning selection of bridal and bridesmaid gowns and I will definitely be recommending her in the future.

I have had a fantastic experience at SJP, Shannon was the most amazing person to help me find my perfect dress! From the moment I stepped in to the store me and my bridal party were treated like VIPs! SJP was the first and only bridal shop I went to, I knew the shop was for me! It was a totally relaxed day and the girls and I really enjoyed the whole experience. The selection of dresses was super there was something for everyone! Shannon has recently taken over the store and I couldn’t imagine a better owner, she’s passionate, bubbly and really attentive! I can’t wait until our wedding day so we can show everyone the stunning dress! Highly recommend girls for a great wedding dress shopping experience! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I said yes to the dress at SJP bridal. Shannán made the whole experience so special. I felt so deflated after visiting other stores and not finding 'the one'. Shannán was so reassuring and the first dress I tried on I knew straight away! She was so inviting and made us all feel at home during our visit. We even ran over time and we weren't rushed or anything. Shannán even took the time to take as many 'yes to the dress' pictures until everyone was happy with the picture lol. Thanks again for your help Shannán. I can't wait to get back when it arrives!

Absolutely beautiful bridal shop. Greeted with Prosecco by the lovely Shannán, who went above and beyond to help find my perfect gown. Can not recommend more! A fabulous experience from start to finish

Had the worst experience with Shannon. This is the first bad review I’ve ever had to give. Purchased my veil 8 months ago and was advised by Shannon that she would not order the veil until I said yes to the dress. When I said yes to the dress in another shop that’s when Shannon stopped replying. I would have to ring and eventually she said she would order the veil in the colour and length needed. I contacted Shannon before driving down from Belfast a few weeks before collecting my dress so I could have it. When I rang a he said she had not even ordered the veil yet (it had been 6 months at this stage since I purchased the veil). So the morning of me collecting my dress I drove to coleraine and was given the WRONG veil. I advised this was not the veil I had picked and she blamed that someone else must’ve mixed them up. She then was to post me the veil…fast forward 2.5 weeks and long story short she put the wrong address on the parcel even though I wrote it down for her in the salon and also messaged her incase she couldn’t read my writing. Awful experience had to get a refund in the end because I was so fed up. I would not recommend Shannon or SJP Bridal to anyone getting married, I wish I was given the option to give zero stars.

We couldn’t recommend Shannon enough for being so attentive and accommodating. The selection and quality of the dresses were like nothing else we had seen. Shannon was very knowledgable in the styles and colour of dresses to suit all of our maids as they had various body shapes and skin tones. The service was more than perfect and we were delighted with our experience from start to finish.

I had such a brilliant time at SJP today. Shannon and her mum looked after me and my wedding party so well. A beautiful space, stunning dresses and wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
