Terrible customer service. Purchased a dressing up rail and storage kit for the children only to find that several components (screws and dowel plugs) didn't work or were missing. Called up customer services who washed their hands of it. #failingcustomers

Poor quality, came chipped all over, also one set of screws didn't match. I called and someone called Jenny said nothing can be done because it was bought from Amazon.
