We made an error in not getting 3 quotes for this service. We had 2 wood poles put in the ground with concrete and attached to our own existing trellis. The cost was £250. The work took 55 minutes. The breakdown was £60 for materials, the remainder labour and taking away 2 old wood poles. The cost we were not prepared for was 40 min each way travel time. It was not quoted, my husband had to drive to get cash out and he was not reimbursed for his time. I understand this is our error for lack of due diligence but just giving the heads up. The quality of the work looks fine.
