Really excellent service. Not every merchants are happy to talk to diy'ers and give advice. Called on Friday afternoon, timber delivered Saturday morning next day. Fantastic service, will be using again. Highly recommended.

Taylor & Sons remind me why it is always best to shop with a local independent, family run business. They had everything I needed after none of the larger Timber Merchants in the local area had what I was looking for. The two gentlemen there were so friendly and went above and beyond what was required of them, to help me. You wouldn't get the type of service they gave me anywhere else. Excellent timber merchant, we were struggling to find some key materials but they had them in stock. They were so helpful to us, a great family business that is a hidden gem! :)

Taylor and Sons was recommended to me by a friend in the Sittingbourne area and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. Rang the company and spoke with a chap called Brandon who was very helpful. He was interested in what I was building and recommended a couple of changes to my order at no extra expense. He then arranged a delivery date that best suited me, offering many options. The timber promptly arrived and the delivery driver was very helpful unloading it with me. During my build I found that I wanted to make it more sturdy and therefore rang them to order some extra sheets of Ply and was impressed when they kindly managed to squeeze me into their schedule and deliver the same day!All in all, a very efficient, well priced and friendly service.
