The experience and personal touches from start to finish when buying my car was excellent!Ben was really helpful and gave excellent communication including checking that all was ok after collection. We had a very detailed and thorough discussion with Ben T. who talked us through our options for exchanging our old car for our new Arkana. He was always available to answer any queries we had and had a very approachable manner. He had organised a surprise inside the boot of the car on collection which further showed his attention to detail. We had a great experience buying our car with Ben at Renault Horley. The handover was very smooth and efficient and he went into enough detail to ensure we were well informed but not overwhelmed with information. Despite us already having had a test drive, he took the time to show us around the vehicle again on handover day. His service was really outstanding and my husband and I are very grateful to Ben for adding to the joy of us buying our first car together.

Ricardo helped us through purchasing our car, we live 195 miles from the dealership, but this was not a problem. They had the car we wanted, walked us through every aspect, until the final delivery. Was a little worried about buying a car having not sat in it, let alone seen it in the flesh. Proved to be no problem at all. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

We went to the showroom looking for a replacement of our existing Renault car, so felt confident with the make. Our salesperson Ben Teagle was very informative and answered any questions we had regarding the cars (we were looking at the hybrid Clio or Captur). After deciding that another Renault was the way we wished to go, we were offered a test drive. Again Ben was very informative and answered any questions we had with the drive of the car (no matter how silly). Ordering the car was simple and Ben explained every step clearly with us.We had approx 3 month wait for our car and Ben kept us up to date nearly every week with the progress of the car and anticipated collection date. We took possession of the car approx. 2 weeks ago - the hand over again was very easy and Ben made sure that we were happy and confident with everything about the car before we left. Since then Ben has been in contact and has been happy to answer any questions we've had.

We paid for advance premium service and MOT. We were told our vehicle needed front and rear brake pads replacing along with a tyre (as well as several other things). One set of pads, we were told, was 80% worn and the replacement thereof was thus urgent (in the red category). The other set was apparently 70% worn and were therefore rated amber in terms of urgency. I phoned up to discuss the proposed work and enquire as to whether our vehicle had passed its MOT, to which the response was that the work could be done next year and it had passed its MOT. So I decided to collect the car and get some further quotes for the work. When I arrived to collect my car I was told it was trapped in a garage in Redhill due to a garage door breaking and no one knew when it would be available to collect. I arranged to collect it myself from the garage in Redhill the following day, and fortunately it was available to collect. However when I drove my car home I noticed it had not been cleaned inside and wiped down. When I took the car to Kwik fit they informed me tyres and brake pads were fine - middle aged" - and did not urgently need replacement. So not only was the service not premium
