Staff more interested in walking around and joking than actually working burgers taking 20mins actual joke for fast food everything fried ready and in the bag so cold on collection of the order along with staff visibly wiping hands on jeans instead of washing hands

Worst burger king about, so slow and never busy. Don’t think it will be there much longer.I assumed at first it was because it was New but still has not got any better. I definitely won’t ever be going here again can’t wait for McDonald’s to come back

1st time in going for years, still expensive and not worth it, the chips were over cooked and not many there concidering it was a special meal on promotion board, paid a high premium for a very poor meal. Size. Sorry burger King you need to be more cost effective

They have two vegan options which was fine. Bit of a shame that I ordered a medium meal but the chips portions belong to a small meal. Apart from that, the price was okay, a little expensive for what we got, and the staff was friendly.UPDATE: my family and I went back and I ended up with food poising. My son and I had the same food but I was the only one who had a drink from their machine, so I think that was the cause. Until this happened, I had forgotten that prier to this, the drink tasted like dirt, as in soil was in it. I couldn't even finish the drink so threw it. This time, it tasted fine but I soon fell ill. Within a couple of hours after eating there, I had bad pains in my stomach, vomited and passed out (the food poisoning aggravated a blood condition), which lasted about 3 days. After that, I still got lightheaded but it was mostly gone. I'm too nervous to go back there so I don't see me visiting this place again anytime soon.

Mediocre burger. Tried to use app in-store to get the cheaper meal deal. Thought it worked as the qr code scanned and made all the right noises. However, was charged the full price anyway which is about £3 more. Explained this at the till and was told there was nothing they could do, that the machines were having issues...

Waiting for nearly an hour for my food was just the beginning of my disappointing visit to Burger King. The staff seemed clueless, and the manager appeared more interested in chatting with friends than attending to customers. To top it off, my order was completely wrong after the lengthy wait. Avoid this place at all costs!

I only ever do drive through but the staff on it is always lovely. Especially the lady on the window! She Makes good conversation and the food always comes out quick with a smile :)

Not open late enough!! Absolutely wasted journey! Deliveroo, just eat and uber eats have literally made these places close early, I am not paying extra money to have cold food!! . The country is becoming so lazy, absolutely disgusted with this place!. Nandos is open until 10pm! And Frankie and Benny's, Even the supermarkets are open until 10pm. Why are they closing before half 8!!

Diabolic over 20+ minute wait, using the app which is supposed to speed things up (as per their marketing) put me in some queue with deliveroo orders which meant people ordering from the self serve system being were served before me at least 4 or 5 later orders. Had to chase staff but told not on their screen so over to the one guy dealing with remote orders. If you are in a hurry or hungry don't bother, else order via drive thru.
