Chimichanga

Thought this place would be great, how wrong was I! 8 eating only 4 got what we ordered and the staff where horrific, one lad managed to take our order with only saying one word, ordered the most expensive bottle of red, when we received it we was confused! We asked the girl to open it, she twisted with all her might not realising it had a cork when she finally realised she took it away, brought it back butchered. When it was finally served, It was as hot as the room!! (Red hot) when we pointed this out to a manager he suggested ice!!It gets worse! But who is actually listening.This does not include one of the waiting staff getting drunk with her boyfriend out side and the manager watching :(

Nice lively place, clean, friendly staff Tex-Mex menu. Wouldn't substitute chips for salad, which is a bit unusual these days. Service with a smile though.

Popped in for lunch, friendly service with a smile. Food came out quick, but not too quick you think it was already made. Good value for money, and kids were kept entertained with colouring pencils.

Arrived at this restaurant with my boyfriend and we were seated straight away by the barman.We were given our menus and had to wait for our waitress to come to us (which was 15 minutes later!)I had ordered the Buffalo Chicken Burger and specifically asked for no spice but I would still like the Blue Cheese sauce.Our food had been given to us 10 minutes later and we were both asked if we would like any sauces with the meals. I asked for ketchup yet was given mayonnaise!I dug into my burger but was soon put off as the chicken was raw inside! It made me feel really sick!It also had NO blue cheese but PLENTY of SPICY sauce!I tried to get the waitress but she kept her distance from us and was nowhere to be seen.When it came to the bill, I had said I would not like to pay for this dish due to the reasons above and apparently she could not do anything as The manager was not in".This was not acceptable and kept telling this waitress I would not pay for it. She decided that she could not understand English and ignored both me and my boyfriend.My boyfriend in the end decided to pay for it however I do not agree with this.The service was a joke

Poor food, no flavour could have made better burritos myself at home and for £12/£13 it’s way over priced. Side of fries was tiny considering they were £3.50. Luckily we had a 40% off mains as it was not worth full price! Wont be coming again.

Chimichanga in Telford is a pretty nice place for a meal for large groups or a couple.The staff are friendly and the food is good for the price. The venue is clean but can be a little cramped with tables close to each other.I would recommend the Buffalo Chicken as it's my favourite if you prefer burgers. They do a mixture of different grills and also Mexican dishes such as Fajitas.Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in town.

Of the three times we have visited this restruant, today has been the worst. We had little to no service, the food arrived to our table 5 minutes after it was ordered and portion sizes are very small compared to the price of the meal. Would not recommend. Go TGI Fridays around the corner.

Thought it was expensive and the main wasn't great. It was Sunday lunchtime and not very busy.

Good Mexican Food. The chicken is very good, especially with it served in a wrap not just a burger that you can get from any pub. Although it didn't look like a lot on the plate, the food is deceptively small I found, it was definitely filling a meal. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Only negatives are the menu seems a little limited I.e. There are burritos, wraps, fajitas etc and burgers but not much else after that. Also the prices were a little steep too compared with other restaurants.

Visited today arrived 11.35 am sat down and waited for 5 minutes then waitress told us not open until 12.00 as was understaffed and we would have to wait until 12.00, no drink offered ! Also said there was a bird flying around inside restaurant and they were trying to catch it. No real attempt made to catch the bird ( robin ) until he decided to go to the disabled toilet where they shut the door on him. This was after half an hour of eating our meal dodging the bird and all the ceiling cobwebs and debris that he kept flapping off. He quite often sat on tables and pooped everywhere which was a bit off-putting. Waitress was excellent and you could see she was uncomfortable with the bird situation but she got the little bugger in the end. Food was also good just a little upset over reggie robin checking me burger out and the extra bits of ceiling I didn’t think tasted too good either. Also music was louder than the local nightclub I had to shout to be heard by my partner who was sat on the same table. Also asked for lemonade got sprite which is lime and lemonade but we don’t like lime and also found a grubby Beanie hat on the floor amongst yesterday’s food - obviously no cleaners at this establishment. Sorry but 1 star is only for the excellent waitress service but felt let down on everything else.
