Great place to walk your children teaching them about the wildlife around the reserve plenty for the whole family several hides for those that love. bird life great friendly staff with cafe for those in need of some tea or coffee

Car park too small on exterior of reserve. The Reserve car park not accessible due to Covid restrictions.A GREAT PLACE TO SPEND A MORNING/ AFTERNOON when not in lockdown.

Got to be early to get a space.Bearing in mind that it only opens Wednesday and Saturday atc1300hrs.So the spaces near the bridge go quick

Not a bad little spot to get some good shots of birds and overall wildlife. Would recommend going. Only downside is that some days it can get a bit too busy especially due to the fact its not a big nature reserve. But overall for wildlife lovers and photographers I would highly recommend.

Didn't do the NR as it was closed. I did however walk on two occasions walk the canals 1st onto Appley Bridge decent walk and so enjoyable. The following week the opposite direction to Kirkstall Abbey excellent walk there and a nice latte from Starbucks. Give it a try, both in beautiful December weather sun & blue skies. So lucky. Added 6 more photos on a recent trip.
