Dubarrie School of Dance

Our daughter started dancing with Dubarrie in Jumping Jacks and has always loved her lessons. She’s developed not only in her dancing skills but in confidence and enthusiasm for dance. All the teachers are knowledgable, kind and know exactly how to get the best from their dancers. Our daughter took part in the 2020 dance show which she absolutely loved and is due to take her first IDTA exams soon! We love the link between Dubarrie and Masquerade Musical Theatre which she absolutely loves being a part of too!

Friendly Adult Dance ClassHaving recently moved to the area I was looking for an Adult Dance Class and contacted Dubarrie School of Dance to see what they offered. Jo replied quickly and with a really positive and detailed description of what to expect. From the very first lesson I was made to feel really welcomed by both the teachers and the other class participants, many of whom have been at the school for a long time, and/or have children / grandchildren in the school.The lessons are an enjoyable mixture of tap, jazz and ballet and the teachers are very encouraging, taking an interest in everyone in the class and helping us improve our technique, whilst keeping the mood fun. I always leave the class feeling positive and upbeat and really look forward to my Wednesday evenings there.
