Went here for a disability assessment with my daughter. Very easy to find and parking is free for the first 45 minutes. We were staying longer than that so paid for parking on the app which was quick and easy to use.On exiting the car park though and returning to our car, I spotted a high performance car in the car park and was going to take a picture to show my husband, a man who was parking in the car park in a Mercedes jeep, pulled alongside me and told me not to take a picture for security reasons. Fair enough. No worries. I obliged and put my phone away but he got quite annoyed with me and my teenage daughter and was intimidating and argumentative. We found him quite unsettling. There was other people taking photos of the car but he picked on us.... simple solution is to put a sign in the car park telling users this.Regis itself is good but beware of Mr Aggressive Mercedes Driver!

Had a good experience. Was able to wait inside the building as wife was getting biometric taken. Took about 15minutes. Friendly person on the foyer to guide you. Parking is next to the Refus parking. Free for 45 minutes. Then you will have to pay via text or phone. Follow the road sign when around the complex as the Google maps was confused.

Visa appointment visit for kids. Staff was very good and professional. Parking was free. Staff asked to enter car number on a table placed on front reception.

I used to have the privilege of occupying two office spaces under your management. However, ever since I expressed my desire to move on, my life has become an absolute nightmare. You decided to increase my rent by a staggering 50% without any form of prior notification, and to add insult to injury, you are now attempting to impose late fees upon me. As if that wasn't enough, when I left the Luton office, you went out of your way to prevent me from accessing the WiFi in Nottingham. It is truly disheartening to witness the disgraceful and shocking manner in which your company has chosen to treat me.

I had my Visa appointment at this place. The process and staff here was very supportive and helping. I could complete my process very easily. From the front door to till the process completed they assisted and guided. Till the exit the staff cared to assist me. Hats off to the staff and front desk representatives.
