Fantastic vet practice,and a great selection of pet bedding,foods and supplies,my dogs is over the moon with her new bed,my partner got her cat neutered and was delighted with the service she received.

The customer service at this shop is dreadful, I went there 5 weeks ago to buy tropical fish, I waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to eventually come and serve me or so I thought but instead he told me that there was no trained staff on to sell fish and he switched the lights off in the tanks, thanks for not having a sign to advise of that. I tried to call the vets in store on Sunday 22nd August for almost 2 hours however it rang once then went silent so I phoned back yet again only this time I went through to the shop where I was informed that due to staff shortage the vets were closed, thanks for not having an answerphone message stating that so I didn't waste me time. Yesterday I called the vets again as I need a prescription for flea treatment for my dog who has a flea infestation everytime she comes in from the garden. I spoke to the receptionist who said that because they hadn't seen my dog since November last year she will need to go in for a free flea check before they can give me the treatment. I was offered an appointment for Saturday, I was not happy that my dog was going to have to wait for almost a week from trying to initially trying to contact them until the appointment, so I advised I couldn't do Saturday. She told me they had nothing before that but after 3 attempts to offer me appointments I couldn't make she gave me an appointment for the next day. She was clearly not happy but if she could offer me an appointment for the next day, why make us wait for almost a week? I don't get the poor customer service when surly they need repeat customers

I took my dog here because she had a lump on her leg. The vet instantly recognised it as possible cancer. He was working double shifts and very late at night yet still stayed behind to update me on my dogs progress. Within 2 weeks the lump was biopsied )was cancer for sure) and completely removed. My dog os recovering well and is cancer-free! I feel well informed from the vet and the reception ladies dealt with my insurance claim swiftly and painlessly. Thank you vets4pets wincheap!

Booked my dog in the groom room and been cancelled 2 times now as the person was of sick hopefully 3rd time lucky very annoying when I have to book of work and when am on my way there and get a call 30 mins before appointment telling me it’s canceled haven’t had a groom yet from here but must be good as other lady lotty is always fully booked

Super helpful advisor at reception, who helped me with an enquiry about temporarily moving vet surgery. You don't come across someone so willing to help that often, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Updating previous review by one star on the strength of recent visits. Can still be a bit hit and miss but the staff have all been very polite and they check you have used the sanitizer on entrance which I love. Good selection of stuff, still need to check things are not broken. The animals seem well cared for and bonus points for the adoption centre.
