Royal Mail Barnet Delivery Office

Notified by RM about parcel received at a local distribution office and delivery to be made the next day plus a time slot. Arranged to be home as parcel important and express delivery paid for. On the day received another notification that a request has been received NOT TO DELIVER to the address on the day" and delivery next working day which is Monday ie three days later! Whose request??? Rubbish service. RM should be wound down."

Shame on you!Lying that no one was at home while I was at home the whole day waiting for the delivery!Unable to collect the parcel as I have no delivery card, because lying postman driver never turned up!I scheduled redelivery on line, waited the whole day again, still no one turned up!Status of my parcel is UNABLE TO ATTEMPT THE DELIVERY!I had to contact the retailer and complain about this, they weren’t surprised, seem that things like this are happening on the regular bases!Shame on you Royal Mail!

Different people are delivering post every single day and as a result we keep missing our post and parcels!They are either missing, or left in someone else’s letter box or in the letter box but open!I missed my doctors referral letters twice, god knows where they ended up!And my neighbours reported the same thing!Shame on you and your staff!

I went to the Barnet delivery office on Longmore Avenue today to pick up a parcel. My parcel was meant to arrive on 04/01/2022 but it did not so I spoke to a friend of mine who works for Royal Mail and he stated go down to the delivery office and give your tracking number and ID and they will be able to give you the package but when i got their the lady immediately said no she cannot check and then she went on to say where is the parcel being delivered to then she asked a colleague and went in the back to check. She came back within 1 minute and stated due to the large load of parcels she cannot go through each one. I asked how long the delay is and she stated 2-3 days. She was unhelpful and probably did not even bother checking properly. I thought I would be doing them a favour by collecting the parcel myself so it would be one less job for them but I guess she never saw it that way. They are called Royal Mail Barnet Delivery office, of course they are going to have thousands of packages. If i could i would not even give any stars as the service was terrible.

Poor service and unprofessional delivery staff.We were at home for the whole day waiting for the delivery. We also ordered pizza so we keep looking outside the window. It is SHOCKING to witnessed that royal mail van parked just around the corner, not even get of the van, the next second my tracking status shown address inaccessible".Funny thing is

Day 1 out for delivery. Never turned up. Day 2 out for delivery. Never turned up. Day 3 no updates!! Why say it's out for delivery if you have no intention of delivery my item. Such a waste of my time.

I been waiting for a parcel for 2 days, apparently they tried to deliver yesterday and today but no card was left to arrange re delivery or collect the next day, im not sure who the DO is but they are Definetely not doing their job, not enough they always strike and deliver parcels late, now they dont even leave cards for you to collect your mail, worst company

I have sat at home for three days, waiting for a parcel that never arrived. Day1 they said I was out- LIE. Day2 nothing heard despite promise of redelivery. Day3 Told the premises we in accessable, which is another LIE, as it's ground floor flat popular with its older residents because of it's easy access. So now, I will go with some I'd to my local distribution office and see if it's there. Disappointed would be an understatement

A very small sorting office for collecting those 'couldn't deliver' parcels. Reasonably convenient and there is even very limited parking. Just remember to bring identification!
