Superb reliable service from Phil. I’ve finally found a plumber I can 100% trust! Really knows his stuff and helped inform us on what the best radiator option would be for the room he worked on. Left the place absolutely spotless once he had finished, you wouldn't have know he was there bar the amazing new items he had fitted! Phil has been taking care of all our gas boiler servicing and repairs for over 10 years. He's one of the few engineers that can diagnose a faulty part. Unlike most, who guess, changing out good parts until the bad part is finally found and then billing for everything. Or even worse, advising B.E.R and recommending changing out the whole boiler. He recently installed a full gas central hearing system at a H.M.O for us. All done to a high standard and in a timely manner. Phil has an enormous knowledge on anything plumbing and central heating related, including water solar panels, water cylinders and pump systems. He helped us to diagnose and fix incurable by many central heating issues we’ve been facing, including rectifying long-standing previous installation hiccups! Phil will listen to your description and come up with a creative plan of attack! Phil is very friendly, explains wells, is patient, and very respectful of your property. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Phil initially visited to discuss our requirements & listened attentively as we explained that we wanted to update our plumbing system. Within minutes he assured us this would be straightforward and agreed to research suitable options on our behalf. It was refreshing to see that he started with the simplest of possibilities and wasn’t fazed that this would entail some pipe work in an underfloor crawling space!Phil did a fantastic job, communication was first class as was the work completed quickly, efficiently and tidily.
