Great product true advertised speed are genuine. Great router supplied. Completely outclasses my old provider VProfessional installation no mess very friendly, call centre is local which is great people you speak to are local too.

Excellent service. Broadband exactly what Truespeed said it would be. Initially had issues with the landline but soon sorted. Very short waiting time getting through to Customer Services. So helpful and lovely to talk to. It is brilliant having a reliable service. Receive monthly bills by email showing full breakdown of charges. At last I have peace of mind unlike the previous provider who inflicted 18 months of misery. Thank you Truespeed, a pleasure dealing with your staff whether office or installation based. Almost forgot to mention, the monthly charge is very good. Would certainly recommend Truespeed.

Checked availability, got booked in. Took about 2 weeks from the point of arranging the installation to the time the engineers came to install (which I think is pretty standard wait time).The engineers were friendly, professional and caused minimal disruption while I was working. Installation was fast and my speeds/coverage has been consistent with what was quoted or better. 3 weeks in now and very happy.

Truespeed have been excellent. Due to having work done on the house they fitted in with the end of work so I could get broadband again. Minor network issue after install but this was fixed in the day and the Bath team were very supportive on the phone. Thanks to Grace and David

I can highly recommend Truespeed, from my first contact by telephone to the installation a week later. The technician who installed the Broadband went above and beyond, a very professional and speedy installation.The speeds I am now receiving are 7 times faster than my old BT router and £10 a month cheaper.Also my communication with their office in Bath was first class, unlike my previous Broadband supplier who were a nightmare to contact

Hi - I'm afraid after my wife put our order in with them at the beginning of May we're still to be connected. After countless calls, even a request for a team manager to call us back (still yet to happen) an additional survey that verified we could be connected we're still waiting. Even more frustrating that our neighbour (who has the same access points and driveway as ourselves) was connected back in the Spring straight away. The customer team have always been really pleasant but it's a shame that no one has taken full responsibility to get our order completed :( Help!

A fantastic service from the point of the first phone call to the connection. Communication on all aspects of the contract and install were polite, professional and meaningful.On the day the install team were incredible and met my every request with regards to where I wanted the cable to run and the router to be installed.All good so far and speeds are consistent. Would definitely recommend.

The installation and pricing are good and so far I've had decent speeds. I do wish it was easier to get hold of technical support but when they did reply they were helpful. And still way better than BT.

Danielle and Ben have both been outstanding in their customer service. We needed support with our contract renewal that was sorted promptly and effectively. Ben even set an Outlook reminder to make sure it was resolved on time, which he did first thing the next morning as we were a day early in our request. We both work from home and use Microsoft Teams and other conferencing systems a lot, so it is critical to have robust access. As well as work commitments, we regularly stream 4K video content via multiple streaming services. Whenever we have had cause to speak to Truespeed directly, they’ve been friendly and prompt in their response- although we have rarely had to contact them as their service is rock solid. This is a refreshing change to other ISPs we’ve had to deal with both personally and commercially in the past. Please do pass on our thanks to Danielle, Ben and everyone else who has looked after us and understand the importance of quality customer service!

Really good experience so far. Had a couple of teething issues in first months of joining, but the brilliant customer support and tech team sorted the issues quickly and efficiently.On top of consistently high download speeds (sitting around 400 on a 500 contract) which in contrast I was sitting at 200 on a 500 contract with virgin. I also get high upload speed sitting at about 350 (instead of 10-20 with virgin).Really hoping that prices don't skyrocket after the initial contract as this has been the best ISP I have been with in years.
