Alex was brilliant. I ran out of tiles while my bathroom was being fitted. He physically placed the tiles on the next pallet delivery to ensure I received them the next day! Brilliant service and rapport

Amazing service and Alex really helped me out when I telephoned, delivery was when I wanted as we weren’t getting it all fitted until a few weeks down the line. The tiles are absolutely gorgeous! Great service from Alex at Boutique Stone. We would use this company again without hesitation. Enquiries are answered quickly and efficiently. We received our tiles on time and in good order. We noticed that the photographs were a close representation of what the tiles look like in person. A few tiles needed replacing and that was not a problem either. Thank you Alex!

Amazing quality tiles, absolutely thrilled with how these look in the new bathroom. The customer service was exceptional, I had a few last minute changes and Alex from the team couldn’t have been more helpful. The sample of the tile was hard to make out how the full tile would look, but the tiles turned out exactly like the photos online, would highly recommend.

We bought both floor and wall tiles from Boutique Stone for our new bathroom. Excellent service throughout. The tiles look even better full size than the samples could show. We'd happily use Boutique Stone again.
