childhood memories coming here with me aunt every thursday js to sit there while she chats with the bar lady and had a lovely time with the dog (he will be missed) love the christmas eves aswell top tier, after the end of skl year the celabrations were amazing and the bouncy castle was fab would jump again if i werent to almost die cis im like fully grown know but oh well

Plesent Pub in the Middle of Riverview Park Housing Estate. Plenty of Different beers and spirits on offer and very well Priced. Some weekends they have live music and also big sporting events on Sky sports.

Coming back from a country walk, I fancied a drink, and dropped into this Greene King pub. Two real ales were on the bar, so I tried the one I hadn't had before, which was very pleasant. There are several screens, so I was able to watch the test match. The pub is child-friendly, and has an outside garden and outside tables. I didn't see anything about food, but there is a handy snack bar outside (Upper Crust, I believe, and the food is good and reasonable). The pub is cash only. They have live music sometimes.

One of the last estate pubs to still survive the great pub cull of recent years. Spacious premises with several connected rooms and outside areas. A valuable social resource: one of the few places for Riverviewers" to meet up. Serves a range of lagers and always has one or two real ales on tap which are mostly served in excellent condition by competent staff. No food but can bring your own. Entertainment most Fridays and Saturdays."

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Went for a few drinks found there was a party and charity event going on. Fantastic evening.

Love the friendly atmosphere of the Boat. We have as a social group attended a lot of events here, Madonna, Elton, fonda Cox etc etc.Always a relaxed and good vibe and become a firm favourite for our group.
