Food arrived cold, undercooked and with a hair inside ! Phoned restaurant and they offered to fix ‘next time’. Disgusting customer service and food! Definitely wouldn’t order from here again.

Came to Bolton from London, for a break with my wife, stumbled across this Chinese restaurant and was hesitant after seeing the reviews.I lived in The London for 22 years never enjoyed a Chinese so much, sesame prawn toast in London is always overdone and burnt looking. First time ordering fancied trying somewhere new.Ordered online through their website app left couple quid tip hoping delivery may be quicker or throw in some prawn crackers.No email confirmation to confirm order1hr 20 delivery took its friday i can let that slip food was just about warm enough to eat which il let slip due to the temp outside and its winter.Then upon opening the bag their was a special fried rice instead of Singapore noodles,I phoned to let them know i dont eat rice to be told that thats what i ordered and i didnt order Singapore noodles i asked them to confirm my order via email like they should and send me it they said they cant.Im not one on making reviews as when it comes to takeouts or restaurants its a mixed world and im writing this angry.Possibly caught them on a busy day or bad day or less staff no idea however i dont expect a hatrick (late/cold/order wrong)Disappointed

Ordered for the first time today . Salt and pepper chicken is our favourite dish we have bought from many a Chinese. The one we recieved was absolutely disgusting was like chewing in a rubber band. We rang up to be told this is what it's supposed to taste like. Wow just wow

Ordered a stir fried chicken with chilli and garlic - wasn't at all spicy, could taste a hint of garlic, but was full of mushrooms. I suspect I got chicken and mushrooms. I don't like mushrooms...

I have been going to lee hing for while now normally go an pick up never usually a problem, decided to order for delivery tonight and I'm shocked! Ordered a salt and pepper box which is £13 came to my door and charged me £17! For a 9 salt and pepper box! I thought never mind i was hungry after waiting an hour and 45 minutes and the food is normally nice so paid the money sat down opened the box.... a full box of chips and 3! Yes 3 pieces of chicken!! Never again must think they can get away with giving you anything they feel like when its delivered!!"

Had sweet and sour chicken. Salt n peppa ribs and beef in chilli and garlic sauce. I have to say it was one of the worst Chinese takeaway my wife and I have ever had. Not only was it very bland it was also not appetising chewy very grisly no meat on the ribs sweet and sour sauce tasteless. Rice no flavour . I my self am a fully qualified chef been in the trade over 30 years and I was flabbergasted how takeaways are allowed to get away with serving garbage. My wife paid over £25 pound and it was not worth 25 pence. Its really heartbreaking that this establishment is getting away with serving bland food.Having tried hakka a couple of weeks ago in little Lever the difference is night and day. So so disappointed with our food we received last night. Will not be reordering ever.

Take away my go to place for Chinese food, all my family get a range of different food and we love everything we order varied things each time Nd it never fails to impress.

This is my regular takeaway and has been for years, I've never had a problem with them. Today I have ordered via their website provided and have no recieved my food and I am still waiting over 2 hours for it. They don't pick up when you call as it just rings out. Totally unacceptable as I can't get a refund or an update this means that I won't be getting here again.

Delicious food. Loved everything. Chicken soup, sweetcorn soup, Singapore vermicelli, chicken noodles, chicken wings, bbq spare ribs and charsu fried rice. Really yummy.
