Rainbows Private Nursery

Absolutely awful experience. My daughter attended here from 9 months old.she was only here for around 8 days in total. Everytime I collected her she had extremely bad nappy rash. As she had never ever suffered with it before we marked her nappy to prove that they were not changing it. And sent her for one more day as my partner suggested I couldnt just assume and had to have proof. Low and behold she returned home with the same nappy I had sent her in 5 hours earlier. Even though the teachers had notedin her book that they changed her twice. Absolutely Terrible place. Totally neglect all their babys that attend. And complete denial when confronted .

I've used Rainbows for both my children and they have absolutely loved it. My eldest cried when she had to leave. Both my girls had great bonds with the staff and have always enjoyed their days at Rainbows.

My son attended Rainbows from 19 months and still attends holiday club during the school holidays. The staff are easy to talk to and I always feel happy leaving my son in their care.

Our little girl went here for about 2 months from about 9months old for just one day a week. Every time I picked her up I could tell she had been crying as she would have a glazed look in her eyes while taking short sharp breaths in which would indicate she'd be crying for ages. This was unlike her and I'd only ever seen her like this once or twice at home perhaps when she hurt herself or bumped her head. She would also come home with nappy rash a lot and be exhausted - one time she kept falling asleep whilst eating dinner in her high chair when I got her home. Again we'd never seen this before Ethier. Her sleep there was terrible and I think the environment wasn't suitable for it.She's generally a very happy baby and it's safe to say this place made her unhappy. I would always get a vibe of dishonesty from the nursery staff when asking about her day, which made me very uneasy. Shortly after the nappy episode that went viral we got her out of there and It was the best thing we ever did. The nursery she goes to now is a vast improvement and she's never upset when I collect her.It makes me feel regret for having left her In Rainbows for so long even though it was only one day a week. Take this review as you will but I would not recommend this nursery.

My son went there for a month or so but wasn't happy. Too many unexplained scratches, bumps and generally stroppy staff.
