Lovely shopping experience even though I did it on the phone. It was so nice to get a proper customer service from a traditional « real » toy store ! I first ordered online for my nephew, then found out I ordered the wrong toy. Called them promptly and they were so nice and quickly helped me sort it out. First order cancelled and replaced by a new one with Rebecca from the store helping me choose what to order. All that on the phone.I can only say if you need toys this is the place to go, just lovely. Big thank you!

The BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced from Clair. Messages to let me know something had gone out of stock & offers ideas on replacement. Fast, efficient and LOVELY real people working there. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I found the item for £15.99 here, it was £25 at all other shops. Mine was an online order which was posted quickly and well packaged. No problems at all and I'm delighted with the price.

I purchased 6 Items at fantastic prices. Was a little concerned about delivery due to the royal mail strikes, but it has arrived today and everything is perfect. Very responsive on the live chat. Will certainly order again. Thank you.

I dont usually leave reviews but I was waiting outside and I saw/heard a staff member being incredibly kind to a customer, and it genuinely moved me.Then when it came time to collect my package, I was also treated very kindly by the same warm and helpful staff member.I thought, wow, what a great store, I'll use them again!A few days later I was given a message that something the staff member knew I was looking for had come into the store, which was really nice of them.Then when I went to collect, I met another really nice and friendly person who showed warmth and was super nice to chat with.All in all, an awesome store with awesome staff, I can't imagine someone going in and being treated with anything but great help and kindness.10/10 service, thank you very much! :)

One of my toys wasn't shipped, after contacting them I was told that they forgot to add it to my order and they would send me the forgotten toy but weeks later and nothing. Not impressed, my first order with this company and definitely the last. I expect a refund.

The shop may be great, but online ordering is far from it. Item never sent and had to ask for a refund 3 times. Not good.

Absolute joy to shop here. So nice to find a boutique store with an original selection of toys and books. Ordered a new baby gift online and popped in a few days later to collect. My order was bagged and waiting for me. Excellent in store service and very good website. Only wish I would have selected the gift wrap service! Next time for sure and I'll try home delivery too. Thank you wigwam for making the whole experience a pleasure.
