Ordered an item, received a damaged box with nothing in it. A slow process in getting resolved and phone lines not answered but progress happened and a refund was given 9 days later. Appreciated the refund but would've preferred the product.

Order was sent on the Monday and arrived safe and sound on Tuesday. And I lived in Scotland. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. As said by another, my experience was good. Prompt reply to emails, although I couldn't get through on the phone. Carolyn was very helpful.

In honesty was a little aprehensive about ordering as I had come across some of the negative reviews.I took a punt as I wanted the tools within a week and a lot of the other shops were closed (Christmas period).I am glad I did, price was competitive, items were as described, and packaged well. Delivery was tracked and fast enough.Will use again I'm sure. 5/5 from me.

Ordered a few items, ordering online & delivery was no problem.When my items arrived one if them was damaged so emailed some pictures to their customer services as was going offshore the following week. Tried calling before going offshore but no answer?Re-sent my email again when I returned home from offshore & still NOTHING!Terrible after-sales!

I ordered a Sealey Motorcycle spring compressor on the 10/8/2022 to be sent to España, it arrived this morning17/8/2022. Changing oil seals was a breeze...Tool operated perfectly. If you need to change fork oil seals this is the tool to use...

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Old lady on the phone is very rude, thinks she knows best and has a real attitude problem.I had a faulty product and they sent a replacement instead of a refund and apparently that's my fault!Judging by the other reviews on here it isn't just me.She needs to hire someone to answer the phone for her at the least

Shows items as being in stock when they aren't, allowing you to order and then just sit waiting for a delivery which will never arrive. Refund provided but that's not really the point, I've waisted days waiting and will now have to order one from elsewhere and then wait for that to arrive. As you can gather I'm not impressed!! :(
