An amazing experience! 10/10 would reccomend and would come again. After the first time I thought it would a great detoxification for my body! Truly an immersive experience which is backed up by the therapist Bash’s amazing experience constantly making you feel relaxed.

1st time visiting B Solo. Booked myself in due to some back pain I'd been having and the massage/cupping has remedied the issue.Session was done with Bashir. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely be coming back again.

After something went in my knee while doing a circuit class. I struggled for nearly 2 weeks. I decided to speak to the PT Bash at Wigston gym on a Sunday. He got me in the next day for a deep tissue massage and cupping treatment. Great lad and a miracle worker. Thanks I feels so much better already.

Cupping with Bash yesterday was great. He took his time and made sure I was comfortable. Prior to placing the cups he gave me a full body massage which was needed, and also targeted the back of my head as I get bad migraines. I highly recommend him as he knows his stuff and is very reasonably priced.
