Lovely place. Steve set my mind at ease straight away when I called to arrange my dog Harvey’s cremation. Very caring when talking you through process and when we came to pick him up again. Would highly recommend. Thought the flower filled dog beds outside were a lovely touch.

When going to get my beloved cat from the pet crem I thought it could have been handled a little more sensitively. To be handed the little casket at the counter with the bill at the same time together with instructions on how to access his ashes was again a bit insensitive. Perhaps an invite into the lovely side room initially and then brought to us with the opportunity to then write in the book would have been a bit more sensitive. She was a lovely lady but a bit too business like.

Made such a difficult time so much easier. Steven was wonderful, so kind, compassionate and sensitive to our situation. The setting itself is so peaceful and we felt safe leaving our much loved best friend in their hands. Couldn't have asked for a kinder goodbye to our beloved boy. Thank you all so much.

Such a wonderful loving family business, Reggie would've been treated with respect he deserved, he was returned to me in a beautiful black urn with a silver cat paw, I'm so pleased with how quickly I got him home, such a comfort but a huge loss. Absolutely amazing service provided. Very sensitive to my needs and Everything carried out very professionally. The owner Steve was as nice a guy you'd want to meet and I have a beautiful urn in the form of a sleeping pussycat to remember my beautiful little girl. I would highly recommend this service for your beloved pets, my dog Ellie and I were treated with the greatest of respect and kindness. I used this service for my first dog Tara in 2011 and the price has hardly changed in 11 years worth every penny.

Beautiful place to take our beloved wee 14yr old scottie archie for his final journey. He fell asleep on Saturday and we had his ashes home on Wednesday. Lovely owners who give the respect and love to our precious furbabies. Thank you for being there for us, we were absolutely devasted at his loss, but your service has given him the ending he deserves.

Whenever any of my pets have passed i have always used this service. They have always been so understanding, caring and kind when doing so. I can’t thank them enough for this as it is never easy experience but they make it so. Highly recommend if you are looking to have a beautiful memory or keepsake.

Steve and the team went above and beyond for me. I arrived with my Roxi with very little notice, coming all the way from Inverness.The compassion and care shown to me and to Roxi made the day that little bit more bearable. I was asked lots of questions about her and the life we lived together which was a great tonic for the time.The setting was beautiful and clearly well cared for and maintained, this helped me feel comfortable leaving my girl, something I didn't think I was going to be able to do. The memorial room was a lovely final touch and careful manner in which Roxi's bed and neatly folded blanket were returned showed the teams genuine empathy and respect for her and myself.Thank you to the whole team from the bottom of my heart for giving my love a dignified and peaceful final journey.
