Carden Surgery

Not particularly in favour of speaking to a doctor on the phone because how can they correctly diagnose you without examining you ie I have a swollen gland between my legs witch has been getting rather sensitive of late the doctor diagnosed it as being a yeast infection because I have early symptoms of diabetes and proscribed me with Timodine cream, How a swollen gland that has been present for some years can now be a yeast infection beats me,Plus I'm under London GIC Endocrinologist who has on action's requested blood tests to be dun but for some reason Carden Surgery doctors and administration staff seem to ignore I'm having to constantly reminded them or show them the letter they have been sent because if your under GIC everyone has a copy of any letters sent out oddly Carden Surgery seems to mislay or delete the letters sent to them

Doctor was extremely rude, receptionist refusing to give contact details for New Larchwood surgery (they are linked).... Exceptionally bad surgery, avoid at all costs

The doctor's here are a joke. No one here takes you seriously and dismiss you all the time in a very condescending manner. It's such a negative experience. Recently was told by them that I had nothing to worry about relating a foot injury, only to go to a GP in London a week later who instantly referred me to a physiotherapist who sorted out my issues! Everyone here wants to get rid of you as soon as possible - you'd think they get commission based on how quickly they get you out the door

Every member of staff I've seen are wonderful at their job, there's always appointments available if needed. More often than not theres an extra 30+ minute wait but there always is at any drs.

Depends who answers the phone as to what service you get. If you're lucky you don't get the jobsworth receptionist who thinks she knows what your talking about until you get the magic words I'm not medically trained" well I am and my wife is too so I know what in talking about. The drs won't come near you they're so afraid of covid. I wouldnt recommend this surgery try next door."

They are very helpful indeed, the reception and the Doctors are very very helpful especially with my Mental health situation.

Always really helpful. I think the reception staff do a great job and all the doctors I see have been super helpful.

I was struggling with my lungs so much that I ended up in the ER only for them to tell me it was anxiety after a second opinion I was reffered to a specialist. Also don't go here if you're trans a doctor there tried to tell me (an immigrant) that they didn't have hormone therapy in the UK and I couldn't get hormones in the UK which is either discrimination or incompetence.

Very helpful staff and doctors/nurses are very efficient. Easy parking is a bonus.

The surgery has let me down at every opportunity. Utterly unreliable.
