Don't use this firm as they don't actually do their job properly other than ASSUME the worst with no actual evidence and end up costing you more money for nothing!!!! Very unprofessional. AVOID at all cost!!!!!!

Over the years I have moved several times and used several firms of surveyors. I can honestly say that Nicholas Gray-Cowley was efficient, highly experienced and fairly priced. Since he did my survey in Derbyshire I have moved again and he was happy to discuss my surveying needs although he knew I would be employing another firm due to distance. I would highly recommend Nicholas & Associates.
