Absolutely appalled at the attitude of the member of staff this evening. Was extremely rude to my partner. I'm also starting to question wether the sign on the window saying only fuel after 10pm is legitimate. You must be loosing money from the local people who pop up for an emergency item. Its bad enough that it's not 24 hour any more as its a useful asset, we work late hours and often fuel up ready for the next day.

Easy to get into, just off the roundaboutLots of fresh produce, cakes, hot food like sausage rolls and pastiesFresh milk, beer, and tinned goods. You could easily shop for a meal here, but it may be expensive to do a large shopFuel is a competitive price, not the cheapest, but you'd use more fuel finding another garage!!Just be aware you can't access the store or toilets at nightUsually, only one person on duty, so you pay through a hatch

Astounded at the verbal attack when asking about fuel deliveries this morning. We all have different ideas about what has caused this shortage.The staff have a right to their opinions, and so do the public, but to have been verbally attacked for having a different opinion to theirs was a surprise!

I really wouldn't recommend using your shall go app here as it never registers your rewards, also one of the male employees told me he scans his phone instead of the customers to receive the Costa rewards!! I highly recommend you to stay away from this place. I've used this place for 5 years but not anymore!!! Thanks shell

Im a coach driver, I leave penzance for London 4x a week and pass your station at 6.10am... its NEVER open on time, ever!. I did once happen to get in there for fuel and the gentleman who served me told me the others who work here never open at 6am and instead focus on getting the papers ready etc before they will turn lights on and open store or serve fuel. You're losing £1000 a week from me alone not being able to use the station when it should be open at 6am as stated.Please!!!! Tell your staff to open and be ready to serve fuel at 6am!. Its very very frustrating.

My local Shell Garage. Great staff always up for some banter and a very well stocked shop. 100% recommendation every time. I cannot understand the neg reviews on here as they are unwarranted.

Don’t come at 10:50pm (listed as 11pm) as they are already closed by then and the man and woman inside will just stare at you whilst she cleans the shop.I wish their screen wash had some screen wash in and wasn’t just water. Same with the Truro station. It’s really dangerous and can damage your car if it freezes.

Nothing works here. Had a big argument with the area manager who stole monies out of my account because their card payment system does not work. He refused to pay me back so I said never again at this place.

Mike on the forecourt went out of his way to help. Seeing me getting out of the car on a very cold day, he came up to offer the fuel filling service and then came over, when we were ready, to check the tyre pressures. What a refreshing change to have positive customer service which continued when I went inside to pay. A convenient and friendly filling station. Thank you Shell
