We had the pleasure of getting our wedding and engagement rings made by Emma and I must say she is utterly amazing at what she does. Not only did she make my husband and I feel comfortable the rings were exactly what we wanted. She kept us update with every detail, her customer service and communication is outstanding. I would highly recommend her.

I wish I'd come here first when I was choosing something for my daughter's birthday as the range is small but they have some lovely jewellery. The repair service is very good, too. I had a new stone put in my favourite necklace for just a few pounds. Nice to have a local shop where nothing is too much trouble, even the little inexpensive jobs. Thank you.

I received brilliant service from Nick at Tompkins jewellers when I needed my Ebel watched repaired - something I wasn't even sure was possible as the watch is 30 years old.Nick went above and beyond to find a solution for the repair which was not easy by any means. The price was very reasonable and I was extremely happy and relieved to be able to wear my watch again. This was after another repairer took money from me upfront and kept the watch for weeks, then told me it was unfixable and he could source a new watch for me!I highly recommend this jewellers and the friendly, helpful staff and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Excellent service, a bad jeweller damaged the case of my Tudor BB58 925 a solid silver watch, spoke to Nick and left it with them for a few weeks and came back looking brilliant given the condition it was in when I left it with them. Good prices and excellent work!
