On September 18th 2014 a lorry from Kestevens was delivering goods to our neighbours through our yard when it partially knocked down one of our walls. The driver gave me details of his manager Dale Waddingham whom I contacted. Mr. Waddingham said that he would sort it out. After nothing had happened for several weeks I contacted Mr. Waddingham again. He offered no apology but said that he would contact their insurers. Once again nothing happened. Following advice from the police I sent an email to Mr. Waddingham on December 2nd 2014 giving 24 hours for an action plan to be created. Nothing was done and so I contacted Mr. Waddingham again on December 3rd. He said that he was too busy doing a stock take to deal with our issue. Action to resolve our issue is being taken.

Very helpful set of guys told them what I needed and they worked everything out and supplied all materials at a very reasonable price, will definitely use them again

Great and friendly staff

Poor customer service. Spoke to Dale who suppose to be owner/manager. Called them on a Friday for price up for material it's now Tuesday and the guys cut me off 4 times.before this dale answered with attitude. Well over priced. Stay well away from these guys

I've based the 5 star rating as I've only been to the place once. I went to the shop to day to find a product ( corrugated galvanised tin sheets), they didn't stock them but were straight on the phone some other merchants and only went and found some for me !So far it's all good , don't forget this is builders merchants- must get all sorts in ( not in a badway ) the people that shop there are a bit more earthy" and Sen not window shipping

Used this company a few times over the years but never again , Even tho they were not the cheapest i went in today to spend £260 but the price was slightly different , Manage told me that was the price and your welcome to go else where , i did , What a great manager if he can't even add up , There manner soon changed and yes i did tell them what to do , The 2 guys i dealt with stuck together obviously , Good news is i saved £44.20 at another supplier , Never will i go there again or recommend them , Shop around folks , SIG are the most expensive !!!!!!!!!!!
