Again, another great service from Leigh to my daughter's bike. This time, a full service and replacement parts. Collected and returned in good time. Bike rides like new. Thank you again Leigh. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the work done by Leigh. After a thorough service (he fixed the chain & the brake pads) my bike now feels brand new! Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Called Leigh on Thursday about a couple bikes and he came round Friday afternoon. Lovely guy, great service and very reasonably priced. Will be using his services again for any future bike issues and can absolutely recommend to others.

Initially the symptoms I relayed to Leigh signified a possible cassette or chain replacement but neither were the case. Leigh swiftly collected my bike and returned it at a time to suit me. I had my bike serviced promptly last week. Happy with the work, but unfortunately, the first time I used it the chain fell off when I was commuting to work (thankfully almost at work when it happened). I informed Leigh about it and within a few hours he had come to my workplace and resolved the problem. I am impressed with this level of customer service and taking ownership when things go wrong.

Unfortunately, my electric bicycle in not much better after the repairs. ok, the tyre and the tube were changes and a missing spoke replaced but:- the wheel is wobbly, I do not know if it is due to the wrong spoke or inner tube being placed, but it looks like it is buckled or something- the electric motor does not work anymoreNeither of the two problems were present when Leigh took the bike for repair.The wrost thing is that when I wrote him about it, his response was that he had delivered bicycle in a perfect shape and there is no discussion he could have done something wrong.Very dissapointing having paid more than almost £100 for the service and work.

UPDATE: in response to the owner's reply: you were asked to replace the chain and charged £20 for the new part. So either you've fitted a used part and charged me for a new one, or fitted a new part that's broken and should still be under warranty. Either way, contact me to get this sorted out or you'll be reported to Trading Standards.We had a couple of bikes serviced by Lee recently and quite frankly wish we hadn't. At best the bikes were in no better condition than they were before, and in some cases they were in worse condition.On one bike the chain is slipping on the rear cassette, which wasn't the case before. On closer inspection one of the cogs is worn and should've been spotted/replaced on a service. The brakes on this bike were also exactly the same and in need of a tune up after it was returned, which we've had to get done at another shop. It's doubtful whether the service we paid for was actually done.Another bike had a new chain fitted, which broke after around 10 miles.We've tried to contact Lee multiple times over the last few weeks and received no response. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic service. Called Friday night and Leigh was able to fit me in on Saturday morning. Very efficient and professional. Good value and as he is mobile and came to our house, very convenient. I will definitely use again.

Very reasonably priced compared to some of the shops in Cambridge, and I was very impressed with the quality and speed of service. I only needed my back wheel replacing, however he took a look over the rest of the bike too and spotted a few issues that had been missed during a different service I had elsewhere. Bike is in great shape now!
