I wonder how the online booking system is working. IMO it is another example of bureaucracy gone awry. Most people already knew when the peak times were or we’re prepared to queue for the convenience of just turning up. This trial systems seems to make the recycling centre less accessible to those who choose to or are unable to access the internet to book. Some people will consider it a breach of privacy having to produce ID. More importantly, this system must surely increase fly tipping!!!

Well organised only six vehicles unloading at a time for now due to Covid restrictions. About a thirty minute wait this afternoon. We were warned it was touch and go that we would get in before they shut, far better to be warned than just have the gate shut on you!

its a Dump (literally, not an assessment of it) with the facilities you expect to find there, Problems occur when the demand is high, but I was able to do my business on my last visit quickly and easily.

Helpful staff, well looked after, easy parking in number bays. Will have to book appointment from 13th March 2023. Not to busy on Saturday.

Would just like to say thank you to the refuse collectors for woodville road, a glass bottle broke on the ground when they were emptying the bin and the young gentleman went and got a dust pan and brush from the truck and removed all the broken glass from the road. Would like to thank him as we have 2 dogs and lots of people walking their dogs down the road also with small children. A job well done thank you

Well organised. You’ll have to book from 13th March I imagine it’s to reduce queues but also to limit the amount of visits.

It seems well organised here, the staff are always helpful and it's certainly a lot easier to use than some of the others I've been to.
