Orita, a lady legal exec. at PCM completed on our Equity Transfer, i.e., splitting the ownership of a flat, and managed this despite the blatant obstruction from the freeholders who simply could not be bothered to do their very small part of this.Price was exactly as quoted from the start, despite some extra work caused by the other side.Client service: excellent; kept informed at every stage of the process; such delays as occurred were always caused by the freeholders.Would I use this firm again? 100% definitely yes, and for any legal business at all; totally trustworthy and complete integrity.

I used PCM solicitors for my recent house sale, as they were recommended by a neighbour. The whole service was friendly, prompt and efficient from start to finish, and I was able to easily speak to Paul on the telephone on several occasions when I needed to discuss specific issues and get advice. Everything flowed smoothly even when problems arose, and it was a much less stressful experience from when I used online conveyancers previously. The quote was very reasonable and there were no hidden or additional charges at completion. I would definitely use PCM again for future conveyancing work, and would recommend Paul and his team unreservedly.

Paul and PCM solicitors have been fantastic, and have helped me on both the sale and purchase side of property conveyancing. I had been through 3 or 4 previous solicitors who disappointed for various reasons, before eventually finding Paul. The rates were not the cheapest I was quoted, but were 100% reasonable for the exemplary service I received. Paul was super responsive, patient and always happy to take the time to explain things properly. Highly highly recommended.
