Undoubtably the sale of the century.Adam with his able team marketed my house SK4 3JB in February 2022. It sold the next day with an offer over the asking price which complimented his marketing strategy.We then embarked to downsize to a bungalow which was a big ask, the search was fully aided by Adam and the lovely Kim and at one point we thought all was lost in July.Adam although being the sales agent for our house took it upon himself with his team to keep all parties keen.We eventually completed on our perfect bungalow over seven months later in September with no reductions on the waiting buyers price and a bargain on our bungalow.You could not make this review up as a fairytale, but its true and big thanks to Adam and his team for all their hard work, and very personal help and input to complete on an extremely challenging sale and conveyance.

Excellent service from the whole team, who have been friendly and attentive through what has been quite a protracted process to sell our house. Adam gave us a thorough and honest assessment and valuation at the outset, which was realised in the sale, with great advice about getting the house ready for sale. We arranged our mortgage with David, who found us a very competitive mortgage and went above and beyond in helping clarify other issues in the chain. The broker service was well worth it for us, because of being self employed and the associated financial complexities, avoiding various issues we experienced the last time we moved house. Kim & Jules have stayed on top of the details and responded promptly to queries, and organised (the many) viewings with minimum inconvenience to us. We have been very satisfied with how GH have dealt with our sale, and definitely appreciate the added value of using a traditional estate agent over an online one.
