I just had a great therapy massage!!! Rachael talked me through the different muscles that were messed up, she does home treatment but also has a clinic in Wakefield. I’ve had more treatments than I can count - but she was the most intuitive

Rachilles Heal Massage Therapy
I have seen Rachel over the past 10 years for occupational related problems, namely my lower back, due to lifting. She had given me exercises to prevent back spasms and to strengthen core muscles, along with hands-on bodywork. I highly recommend her.
