I can only describe our treatment here as a kind of disintersted neglect, communication is poor, there is no sense of a personalised treatment plan, our single point of contact isn't....We knew that this might be a stressful journey, but we did not expect that stress to come from the poor behaviour of HSFC staff.There isn't even a sense that you can complain, would you want to annoy your fertility treatment specialists?This is very much a cash-in
