Excellent evening out at Cielito, we were served by Rodrigo and Ella who were polite, knowledgeable, entertaining and fun to be around.The food was delectable. Prawns to start and wagu steak for the main and we were in no way disappointed. Tasty, spicy, yet not overpowering.The proprietors were in the kitchen all night which is a very good sign. They let the food do the talking and the taste, quality and presentation reflected their attention to detail and their passion for authenticity.A hidden gem within Virginia water, we will definitely be returning.

Despite the great reviews, the staff had no gauge as to the appropriate time to approach the table, the nachos were dry corn ships with a small serving of guacamole and to our delight a hair in it which the manager seemed to inexperienced to properly deal with. I’ve never seen a restaurant attempt to do Mexican so well and yet get it so wrong. The sour cream was like stale yoghurt, the chicken and vegetables were bland. All round just a terrible experience and waste of money unfortunately.

Fantastic Buritos, incredibly friendly staff and tasty beer!Had the pleasure of meeting the owners after the BMW PGA tournament whilst waiting for the train.Cielito is perfectly located near to the station to gran some tasty, fresh cooked food before your travels. We ordered a couple of chicken, and beef Buritos which we ate on the train.Brilliant, thank you

Our first time here, visiting the area. The decor was bright and authentic with fantastic Mexican art. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food and margaritas were delicious. Particularly enjoyed the green and red salsas and the tosta chips.

I first went to the restaurant 2 weeks ago and it was so delicious I couldn’t wait to go back so I went again last night to celebrate my friends birthday and it didn’t disappoint! I can’t rate this restaurant enough. Before I even went the service was brilliant. I kept messing the restaurant around with my booking as the number of people kept changing. They handled it so graciously every time I changed the numbers all the way up to the morning of the booking. The food was even more delicious than I remembered. The quality of the ingredients was first class and the flavours were exceptional. I have never had such good Mexican before. Absolutely delicious! The staff were so friendly and attentive without over doing it. We brought a birthday cake with us and yet they still gave up some free pudding as it was a special occasion. The evening was brilliant and I really can’t recommend this restaurant enough. I am so pleased I found it, what a treasure for the area. Delicious!

Having previously enjoyed the quality of a take away from this restaurant, we booked a table for 3 on a Thursday evening.The restaurant wasn’t busy on arrival, we sat outside, it was immediately apparent the table hadn’t been cleaned.We had to ask for the table to be wiped and then ask for menus.Whilst this was being done I went to the bar to order drinks & asked for a glass for the beer.The drinks were delivered, but without a glass for the beer, I asked for one, it never came, so I had to go to the bar to ask again. When the glass was delivered, it was hot, straight out of the dishwasher, so I gave up on the glass and drank from the bottle.The waitress came back & we said we were ready to order our meal, halfway through our order, she said she couldn’t remember everything, so had to go back in to get an ipad & we started ordering again.The waitress struggled to answer questions about the food.It took a very long time for our order to be delivered. At one point a male server came out, I asked if he was the manager, he said yes, promptly disappeared and came back with extra corn chips.Portions were small & expensive.The service slow & staff not engaged.At no point were we asked how our meal was.We felt disappointed, the service poor, but not bad enough to complain, in any case, the staff were so disinterested that there seemed little point in trying to complain.Sad, there are already too few restaurants & pubs in the area.We certainly won’t be back in a hurry.

Brilliant, truly authentic Mexican restaurant. The best Mexican food I've had in the UK. The new winter menu has some real winners- we tried the pescadillas, sopa azteca, shrimp tacos and chicken mole and they were all superb. The shrimp tacos were especially delicious served with a spicy chipotle mayo. Lovely cocktails as well and reasonably priced.

Came here for the first time last night, Wow! what can i say, its a cute little intimate spot that was easy to find and park, the welcome was warm and staff very friendly. The food was fresh and tasty and we both enjoyed it immensely. I Recommend the Fish Tacos and Pulled pork tostadas! It was reasonably priced and would highly recommend! were already planning our next visit.

Cielito your food and drinks are amazing! We had a great time at your restaurant and we will be back often! Freshest, tastiest food we’ve had in a long time. Portions were perfect. Very friendly service and great atmosphere.
