Muscleworks Gym Orpington

Hands down one of the best gyms I've ever step foot in. I went there for a photo shoot so didn't do a full workout but I did use alot of the machines to get a pump and the selection is crazy. Really clean, spacious and equipped gym. Definitely would recommend no matter what muscle group you're training, this gym will be able to facilitate it.

What’s up with the staff? Nothing!!!I join on a month pass on 18/08/23 and instantly regretted it. The staff were not exactly rude, but had no interest in me as customer. I have never used the gym and as a new customer one would expect an offer to tour the gym. Nothing. The explanation of the membership, nothing. There were 2 people behind the counter, one just stared at me , but said nothing. It looks like a nice gym you could just do your work out in peace, but the spirit of a gym there is nothing . But I know that service and introduction to the just has irritated me and this will set my mood every I go there. So that will be £70 I will have to go waste. I am sure for the dedicated muscle heads, it’s all about the equipment and kit, but for me I expect a service or at least something disguised as a service. I have written this review however just like the staff, nothing will become of it. If you want at a minimum’s of friendliness from the staff, this is not your gym.

Had to try it as I have heard so many good things. Very big gym. Wide range of equipment. All plates are branded. Huge range of dumbbells available. Upper body on ground floor. Legs on first floor and cardio on second floor. Well laid out professional gym and well ran. The staff are very polite and professional. I paid £10 for the day. I live bout 30 minutes away so could not get down there all the time as I would like. Amazing gym. If you are into training this place is well worth the visit. Car park size is limited so best to attend in less busy periods.

If you're serious about training, then this is the place to be (primarily if you're a bodybuilder)!I'm not so much a bodybuilder; I'm more into powerlifting and athletic performance, which it isn't completely kitted out for, but even with that said it has more than any other gym in the area, with every barbell (minus a few squat and deadlift bars) being a texas power bar. Their machines, some old some new, are also top notch, and if you have reasonable intelligence, you will be able to hack them to function in other ways. One thing I would suggest is for them to invest in specialty bars and some sets of powerlifting plates/band pegs to accommodate the growing powerlifting population within it.Their staff are friendly enough, and are always happy to help you with anything you can think of. The place is routinely kept clean - by both staff and members - with a banning system in place for those that abuse both members, staff and the equipment itself.All in all, a place I should've joined sooner (but so glad I did!)

Been couple times and I can only wish it was my local gym. The range of kit is amazing. So many great machines and I love the dumbbells. Very friendly atmosphere. Staff great. Honestly if you live round Orpington join. If you don't live near like me try and train there when you can.

Extremely well equipped and perfectly set out gym. Top notch equipment, with many variants of similar machines. Carrying some iconic branded pieces.Immaculately kept with everything neat and tidy. Definitely one of the best gyms I've been to in the UK!

Great gym with 3 floors loads of great equipment!! faultless gym!!

A really nice gym.Staff were very welcoming and friendly, a whole floor dedicated to lower body training and another dedicated to cardio was very welcome. Spacious, loads of equipment, banging music. My only small gripe is £10 for a day pass seems steep.

The machinery at the gym is the best and the style as well. However when it is time for you to end your contract they will make it har for you to do so i had to chase them by the phone over 4 times no one helped me i had to take time off work so I can come to the gym and meet the manager in person to tell her I want to end my contract. To sum up my experience it is easy to join their gym but they will make it hard for you to leave if u want to do so.

Best gym Ive been too, it's my local one now, good selection of machines and well maintained
