Absolutely dreadful. Paid them for a delivery of a lot item two weeks before Christmas which subsequently didn't arrive and then could't contact them, as their phones just rang out with no facility to leave a message. Awful service.

Seriously dont use this poor excuse for an auction, they dont value things then put everything up for £10 even though worth a lot more then don’t pay and the rude woman Clare doesn’t care at all

Sent items to an auction house for resale, some were items I purchased from them 10 years ago. The items were autographs. They kept items for many months before finally going for auction.During this time I had no contact from them regarding reserve prices, descriptions etc about the items.I checked online and noticed these items all sold for pennies compared what I paid for them. 1: a signed photo of Princess Diana.(paid $1000 for back in 2007) they sold for £15. 2: Rolling Stones autographs from them purchased in 2005 cost me £400 back then & they sold at £100.I complained to them & asked why I was never contacted about my items, reserves or descriptions.I also wasn't given a contract to sign. When I called I was told that's just the way it is. No help what so ever. I have consigned to many auction houses and they all come back with contracts, details of the items before they list and reserves. The lack of help and communication from this auction house was terrible.

We often pick antiques and collectibles up from here. Always so.e interesting stuff in the auctions. On street parking costs 50p - watch out for traffic wardens. Train station is a 5 minute brisk walk away.

Have been buying from Warwick Auctions for about 20 years now without issue. Staff are always a friendly and helpful bunch. Cheaper online bidding fees now they have stopped using The-Saleroom and moved to Easyliveauction.

Was buying here for years and a very loyal customer, unfortunately I had noticed that when the hammer goes down by the in house auctioneer and it is confirmed on screen that you are the winner it doesn't actually mean that. I took a screenshot of my winning bid and I am now starting a small claim in court due to there refusal to honour, no time delay as the auctioneer didn't even respond to any bids after I had won the lot, how on earth could the saleroom even function if there was a significant time delay, its laughable.I smell a rat!!

A very small site but with a surprising amount squeezed in. The business has adapted well to online operations during the current restrictions with efficient collection processes.Looking at 'normal' sales, the room can get very crowded making it difficult to examine the goods if you do not take advantage of the viewing days. Paying and collecting goods can be a slow process given the limited space both on the floor and in the office. However, the staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The downsides of a city centre location are the cramped premises, as previously mentioned, and parking. On street parking is not free and is very regularly checked (you have been warned). For those with larger purchases, there is very little space to the front of the building in which to park a van which can make things difficult.

Pleasant enough staff, they got the 2 stars... I took a portrait in for valuation.. came back at 40 quid. Then next day a follow up call saying it was actually £400. Sold it the next day on ebay for £2000. Probably best to get 2nd opinions
