Totally disappointing experience! Reception was spot on, the girl who dealt with us on arrival was an absolute credit to the company.Whatever happened after is a JOKE!Ordered a LARGE MARGARITA pizza. Waited 40 minutes for it when one of the staff members went to a totally different table first! The lady was surprised there that she hasn’t ordered any food…Then he came to our table… A simply sorry for the wait and left the pizza there…Size of the pizza is like my palm and this is what they sell as LARGE pizza.After 40 minutes of wait we opened the box to finally eat the pizza we ordered… Well, all of it was burnt! It was black!So, I took it back to the staff, said eat it if you like it. Mentioned it is ridiculous!1 minute later the same staff member brought the pizza back and said it is your pizza..Disgusting customer service, no refund was offered for their £9.00 pizza, nothing was offered as a goodwill gesture to the kid at all…Definitely not the place to go back!Low level of customer service, stinky attitude!

Parking is a little limited but once inside there's plenty of room with different areas for different age groups and even with the carpark full there was plenty of space to run around. Seating was adequate and they serve a variety of fast food and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful. At a very reasonable price it was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon.

Took granddaughter had 2 hours for £12 good value for money , food and drinks also available at a reasonable cost

This was my first visit back to Velocity since the Pandemic, so it was nice to see the changes made to the layout.There is now not just the upstairs area for the grown-ups to sit down, but quite a large seating area downstairs.The kids seemed to love it and there were employees / marshalls that kept an eye on them as they jetted around.My advice would be to come early, since it seems to get very busy from around lunch time.All up, decent place and worth a visit if you want the kids to burn some energy.

Very disappointed with WIGAN velocity who were closed to the public for a school block booking, even though they'd taken our booking for a toddler session only the night before, leaving 2 heart broken boys in the car. (as well as many other kids who were also turned away even though they too had pre booked.) Hardly given an apology, and no appropriate future discount or compensation offered, and am still awaiting refund. What a let down.But Widnes velocity came to the rescue and even gave us a discount because of our Wigan experience. Needless to say, we will be going to Widnes all the time now.Food was super, staff were pleasant and helpful. Widnes saved the day. Thank you.

Brilliant velocity experience for the toddler session. Came here because of a different velocity customer service being appalling (note that this customer service is brilliant!) Couldn't have felt more welcomed. What an enjoyable experience. Will be coming here again and will be telling others all about it! :)

Not bad for the little ones. The slides are not great kids got stuck sliding down them. Bought 2 slushies it was £9 ! Quite a shock. Overall okay kids loved it and that's what matters.
