Friendly staff, great coffee too. Can get very busy here so if you want breakfast don't wait until the last minute. Recommended.

I went In the shop the other day i was served by a lady called rabeya, she was very rude I felt like she was speaking differently to me compared to other customers she also shouted at me when I asked for a bag. I will not be returning back to this shop ever again.

I want to give 5 stars for the girl who’s working there Folusho she have a very good customer services, she is always kind and positive she is the best girl from there, she and a guy with glasses! This five stars are from this two persons but be careful with the girl Rabeya all the time is rude with customers and sarcastic in rest all the people are nice and kind!

Have not visited this branch in a while until today and I was shocked by how low the customer service has fallen. Apart from the lack of products and they way the products were put on display (or rather thrown), not even a minumum greeting or thank you from the person serving. Horrible customer experience overall. Will not visit again.

Went in there today after a while and aidà remembered my name and what I normally order my mocha was getting made before I reached the counter.good service as usual from this staff member and all the staff that have served me there

I am working in customer services but some people shouldn’t work in customer services, I was served by Rabeya today and two days ago and she was really rude with sarcastic answers which I don’t understand why because I am kind with all the people. She didn’t heard what I said and she said : I can’t read your mind, and I forgot the other answer but very sarcastic! Last time they close for break and she said after I’ve been waiting 5 min she let impression that I can come and then after I’ve been waiting she said manager said we close for break still with same attitude arrogant and sarcastic( in condition that was write on the paper in the window that they will close 13.30 and was 13.15) at least she should tell me to not wait from the begging! I can see she have bad reviews I don’t understand why you guys don’t speak with her!
