The Country Gent Tattoo - Holmfirth

Had 2 tattoos on Friday 17th December 2021. Yorkshire rose on one arm and a Gibson guitar on the other, photo attached.Fairly painless, only took 1.5 hours. The experience was very good, very clean, very hygienic and very friendly.Would go again.

I am very disappointed with my tattoo that I had done in this studio. My tattoo was only a small semi colon and the tattooist left loads of gaps and didn’t colour or tattoo it properly, also burns every now and again which isn’t normal! I also didn’t get informed that my tattooist was an amateur which i should have been told. Furthermore, I did get a full refund but still doesn’t excuse the fact it’s on me for life. Very disgusted!

I booked an appointment for my first ever tattoo here, from the beginning of my journey the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and made the whole experience pleasant!I had Simon as my artist, and he is an absolute credit to the place! He was kind throughout and talked to me during my appointment, he came across as a really nice bloke and managed to ease any nerves I had whilst getting the tattoo done.The hygiene of this place is immaculate, the store was always clean and tidy whenever I went in, and they take pride in how they not only look after their clients, but pride in how they look after their shop.Overall, Country Gent has an amazing atmosphere and an amazing rota of staff working within it, I’d definitely go here for your first tattoo, or even your 100th tattoo because Country Gent are absolutely incredible.

Great location minutes away from Huddersfield Train Station, professional yet relaxing environment. Si's work is amazing and can't wait to get the ball rolling on my next piece...The Country-Gent is the only place for me and would recommend to everyone. Go see for yourself, you wont be disappointed.
