Booked in to get my alloy done on the Friday to be done as agreed by next morning so I had my car back for work on the Monday. Took the wheel off the car ready for them, arrived at 9am as instructed only to be told by some jobsworth that it wouldn’t be done until Monday.Completely unprofessional service, ended up costing me time & money. Wouldn’t recommend these cowboys to anyone

LET DOWN!!i emailed asking if they were open on Friday and got an email back saying YES and look forward to seeing you! i arrived at 8.30 to find they were closed! i emailed them saying i was disappointed to find them closed and NEVER got an email back apologising or anything!!! i have used them in the past and quite recently and had good service, hence why i went back despite a 10-12 mile each way drive....very disappointing

This isn't the first time I have used BPC, (and it wont be the last)! I've had numerous sets of alloys refurbished and sprayed here, an old garden bench (iron arms), a bike frame and also another alloy in a bit of a different colour scheme for another home project (BBS alloy hose reel/wheel). The people that work here are fantastic, always there to give you other options and opinions to help you make the right decision. So thank you. Also thank you to Craig who actually had to make a special mix for my last set of wheels. Cheers

Wendy and the team stripped and powder coated my Jag XKE Camshaft cover in Satin Black. A lovely job and a turn around of a little over a week. Great value. I could have painted them myself but it wouldn't have been nearly as good a job and would have saved me very little.Thanks. I'll be back soon with the wheels.Mark

Took my Audi Q7 in which had battered wheels from previous owner. Cannot believe the fantastic job they guys have done on them - look like new and classy with the calipers painted too. Of you get your wheels done you might as well get the calipers done as it makes wheels look even better. Great Quality and really pleased. thanks guys.

Just had a second set of wheels done having had my last car done at BPC and Craig (who sprayed mine) has done a first rate job. Prices much more reasonable than other nearby places which don't seem to have as good a finish even on their showroom wheels as mine have now. Very pleased customer here.

Been nearly a month now since I had my alloys wheels refunished by BirkenheBi powder coating and they did not fail to disappoint, my Oz alloys which were looking absolutely shabby after only 5 years now look better than what they did brand new. I opted for the 24hr service where they take your car remove the wheels and tires, all for you making the process off getting them done really easy. Back in Reading I was looking at £80-100 per wheel Birkenhead powder coating did all 4 wheels and a caliper clean and paint for £270... Bloody marvelous if you ask me,

Hi.Just had my 4 wheels done on my car and i will leave my review to help other potencial costumers.When it comes to a job about wheels, this company has done really good job, colour and finish of wheels have been done in a professional way and im really happy how they turned out to be.Now why am i giving 3 star review? Well, where to start? First of all, i was told i will be given a booklet with colours when we arrive as i wasnt really sure about shade of grey and how dark i wanna go, which was completely fine. On arrival, we were given booklet with colours and when we chose we were told they cant go anywhere close to that colour as their painter/mixer is on holiday! So noone else is able to mix that colour which we obviously didnt expect and had to change the colour based on that our desired cant be done.We have completed our form with colours and where LOCKING NUT is located (globe box).That for has been signed by us.Our collection day was next day and we were suppose to pick up the car at 4 pm, on arrival we were told car wont be ready by 5 pm.Before signing final sheet i have checked car/wheels/tyres myself to make sure nothing has been damaged/taken, all stuff in my car has been “played with” all invoices in a box have been damaged/teared up. Also my spare tyre in a boot with all stuff have been moved as well even tho we have given location of locking nut at the beginning.When questioned about all these we have been told they will check CCTV and call us back to make sure our car hasnt been messed with and was kept where it was suppose to be all the time.This call has never happened.Yes, i do have an OCD when it comes to my car and I hope someone will find this honest review helpful.

Two frames and other parts power coated great job

They don't refurbish alloy wheels any more. You'll be directed round the corner to a separate operation Wheel Deal Wirral. Not sure it makes that clear on the website. WDW charge 50 quid plus vat per wheel by the way, assuming there's only a bit of kerb rash on the rim.
